E-TRANSFER DONATION FORM

Thank you for choosing to support YWAM through Project Funding!

Please complete the form below to provide the information we need to correctly designate your E-Transfer donation and issue your charitable tax receipt.

Please note that submitting this form does not initiate or process an e-Transfer. You are responsible for sending the E-Transfer separately through your financial institution to admin@projectfunding.ca. This form simply notifies Project Funding of your intended donation and provides us with the information needed to process it once the funds are received. We have no ability to initiate, authorize, or control the e-Transfer from your bank account.

If you are giving monthly:

If you plan to send a recurring monthly E-Transfer, you only need to complete this form once. You do not need to submit a new form each month. If your contact information, mailing address, donation designation, or other details change, please email admin@projectfunding.ca to let us know.

Name on the e-Transfer

If the bank account sending the E-Transfer is under a different name than the person who should receive the charitable tax receipt, please use the Comments box at the bottom of this form to provide the name associated with the bank account and explain the connection to the receipted donor. This helps us correctly identify and process your donation.

Before sending your E-Transfer donation, please be aware:

  • We cannot process donations designated for YWAM DTS students. Donations may be processed for eligible YWAM staff. If you are unsure whether the staff member you wish to support has a current account in good standing, please contact us before sending your donation.

  • We cannot process donations toward “bricks and mortar” expenses for YWAM Bases, including land purchases or building expenses.

  • Project Funding is no longer able to process donations for “YM48” projects under Mission Enablers International.
