  • Please note that each donation processed by Project Funding is subject to a 5% fee. Before donating, please review our Donations Policy here.

  • Credit card donations are receipted immediately upon processing. Cheque donations are receipted monthly unless annual is requested. All other donations are receipted on an annual basis.

Credit Card

For donors wishing to donate via credit card there are TWO third party options available online:

1. Charitable Impact

Charitable Impact offers a processing fee option of 2.8%, in addition to the Project Funding fee of 5%. To donate via Charitable Impact at the link below, type in the name of the person, project or location you wish to donate to and hit the "donate now" button. If the name is not listed scroll down to “You can also give to YWAM directly”, click on Donate Now and put your comment in the message box. Please note: Some missionaries may have a private Giving Group due to security issues. If that is the case, simply contact them directly to get a direct link to their Giving Group page.

2. CanadaHelps

CanadaHelps offers a processing fee of 3.5%, in addition to the Project Funding fee of 5%. To donate via CanadaHelps at the link below, the “General fund” is the only option to donate to. Then, in the optional message field, please write the name of missionary project/base that you want the donation to go to.

-Paypal donations can ONLY be received through Canada Helps. They also accept donations of Securities.

Pre-Authorized Payment

For Canadian Bank accounts ONLY

Please complete the Youth With A Mission Pre-Authorized Payment Agreement. You can email admin@projectfunding.ca to request this document.

Both pages must be completed, signed, and dated. A void cheque or bank issued proof of account information MUST be included with your completed agreement. You will be receipted annually.

Cheque

All cheques and money orders must be payable to "Youth With A Mission".

We cannot accept cheques payable to an individual missionary or ministry.

You may indicate your interest in a specific missionary or project, by including a note or writing on the memo line of your cheque. e.g. "Joe Smith, serving with YWAM Vancouver"

We can accept US or Canadian cheques and money orders, however only a Canadian tax receipt will be issued.

WE CANNOT receipt multiple individuals for one donation. The receipt will be issued for the full amount received, to the individual whose name is on the cheque. In the case of a group donation or fundraiser where multiple donors have given, please send ONE money order, payable to Youth With A Mission. Include a separate note with the name, address, phone, email, and amount given by each donor so they can be correctly receipted.

Please DO NOT send any cash or written credit card details in the mail.

You may send post-dated cheques to provide consistent monthly support to be withdrawn on a day of your choosing.

Cheques are stored in a safe until the date they are deposited.










E-Transfer

For Canadian Bank accounts ONLY

Please log into your personal online banking website, select E-Transfer, and enter our email address as the recipient: admin@projectfunding.ca. Next, please complete the form linked here so we have the correct contact details in order to send you a receipt. Usually no security question is required to send the transfer as it will deposit automatically. You will receive an annual donations receipt unless you specify a preference for monthly receipting in writing.

US Donations

Through our partner, Mission Enablers International, we are able to issue US tax receipts for any American citizens wanting to make a donation. You can views their different Giving Options here.

If you wish to donate via Mission Enablers International by credit card, go directly to the page linked here and follow the instructions below:

  1. In the box titled “Designation Code”, please enter the code YBC500 and hit enter.

  2. The page will then update so the box "Designated For" on top will now contain the code YBC500. In the new box titled "List recipient code or name", please enter the name and giving code of the Project you are donating to.

  3. Continue through the donation process, entering your information and specifics of how you wish to give.

  4. Finally, click the Donate button at the end to complete the donation.

    Please note: Donations via MEI are intended for US citizens or those who require a US tax receipt ONLY.
